TrueProfit and Offer Suite, side by side
QuestionTrueProfitOffer Suite
What it is

Net profit analytics for Shopify, with 25+ integrations including ad platforms. TrueProfit homepage, read September 23, 2026 (opens in a new tab)

An offer engine for Shopify brands, run by their agents: offers are validated documents authored through an API and an MCP server, and bound to Shopify.
Pricing

Basic $35/month (300 orders), Advanced $60 (600), Ultimate $100 (1,500), Enterprise $200 (3,500), each with a per-extra-order fee and cap; 14-day free trial. TrueProfit pricing, read September 23, 2026 (opens in a new tab)

Not published. Offer Suite is not open yet; brands join the waitlist.
What it measures

Net profit per store and per product, customer lifetime value, and a P&L report on higher plans. TrueProfit pricing, read September 23, 2026 (opens in a new tab)

Forecast and realized profit per offer option, first orders and renewals apart, net of refunds, with cancelled orders excluded.
Who renders the offer

It is analytics only; it doesn't create or show offers. TrueProfit homepage, read September 23, 2026 (opens in a new tab)

Your developers render the buy box. Offer Suite supplies the offer's data and builds the Storefront cart.
Costs

Quantity-based COGS, custom costs, shipping by weight, quantity or destination, and ad spend. TrueProfit homepage, read September 23, 2026 (opens in a new tab)

Costs are a dated ledger, frozen as of each sale. A later correction restates past orders, and the view as recorded at the sale is kept beside it.
Agents and AI

"TrueProfit MCP" answers business questions from profit data; it is included on Enterprise. TrueProfit pricing, read September 23, 2026 (opens in a new tab)

Agents create and publish offers through the API and MCP. Nothing goes live until a real Storefront cart charges what the offer promises.

Where TrueProfit wins

Where Offer Suite is different

  • Offer Suite measures profit per offer and per option, the level where an offer decision is made, and builds and verifies the offers too.
  • Its costs are frozen as of each sale; a later correction restates past orders while the recorded view stays.

Questions

Is Offer Suite a TrueProfit alternative?

They answer different questions. TrueProfit reports the store's net profit, including ads. Offer Suite reports what each offer option earns and runs the offers. Many brands would use a profit tracker alongside it.
