Intelligems and Offer Suite, side by side
QuestionIntelligemsOffer Suite
What it is

A testing and personalization platform covering pricing, shipping, merchandising and offers, content, checkout and post-purchase. Intelligems homepage, read September 23, 2026 (opens in a new tab)

An offer engine for Shopify brands, run by their agents: offers are validated documents authored through an API and an MCP server, and bound to Shopify.
Pricing

Unlimited: "$2,894/mo", or "$1,279/mo" with a "3 month minimum", up to 200,000 orders. Build Your Own: choose modules, 5% to 15% off for two to four or more. Intelligems pricing, read September 23, 2026 (opens in a new tab)

"Every plan starts with a 14-day trial … except Smart Pricing." Intelligems pricing, read September 23, 2026 (opens in a new tab)

Not published. Offer Suite is not open yet; brands join the waitlist.
What it measures

Conversion rate, AOV, revenue per visitor and gross profit per visitor. Intelligems documentation, read September 23, 2026 (opens in a new tab)

Forecast and realized profit per offer option, first orders and renewals apart, net of refunds, with cancelled orders excluded.
Who renders the offer

Its modules change the storefront itself: content, themes, prices, shipping, checkout and post-purchase. Intelligems homepage, read September 23, 2026 (opens in a new tab)

Your developers render the buy box. Offer Suite supplies the offer's data and builds the Storefront cart.
Costs

"Add your COGS, shipping cost, and transaction fee assumptions and profit shows up on every experience, including tests you already ran." Intelligems documentation, read September 23, 2026 (opens in a new tab)

Costs are a dated ledger, frozen as of each sale. A later correction restates past orders, and the view as recorded at the sale is kept beside it.
Agents and AI

Atlas, its AI agent, is "Connected to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, MCP, and Slack". Its MCP server gives AI assistants access to experiments, experiences, the catalog and analytics. Intelligems MCP server docs, read September 23, 2026 (opens in a new tab)

Agents create and publish offers through the API and MCP. Nothing goes live until a real Storefront cart charges what the offer promises.

Where Intelligems wins

Where Offer Suite is different

  • Costs are recorded as of each sale. Intelligems' docs say the COGS, shipping and fee assumptions you add show up on every experience, including tests already run. Offer Suite keeps what each order cost when it was placed, from a dated cost ledger, and a later correction restates past orders while the view as recorded stays.
  • Realized profit is tracked per offer option, including subscription renewals, refunds and cancellations, from the orders themselves.
  • Nothing goes live until a real Storefront cart charges exactly what the offer promises.
  • Offers are documents your agents write through an API, validated before anything reaches Shopify. Your developers render them.

Questions

Is Offer Suite an Intelligems alternative?

For offers, partly. Intelligems tests most of a storefront and Offer Suite only builds, verifies and measures offers. If you test themes, content or checkout, Offer Suite doesn't replace that. If your question is what each offer option earns after costs and renewals, that is what Offer Suite is built for.

Do both measure profit per visitor?

Yes. Intelligems reports gross profit per visitor from the COGS, shipping and fee assumptions you add. Offer Suite's experiments decide on realized profit per visitor: each arm's first orders, net of refunds, costed from its dated cost ledger.
